Mr.Ruchir Goenka, learned Counsel appearing for the Defendant no.1 has no objection if some time is granted, however, Mr.Dharmesh Jain, learned Counsel, appearing for the Defendant no.3 submits that his client has been unnecessarily dragged into the matter in as much as, they are the owners of a contract executed with the Defendant no.2.
3. There is a Notice of Motion which is on lodging number.
4. Let objections to the said Notice of Motion be removed within a period of two weeks and registered number be obtained, failing which, the Notice of Motion to stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
