This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2021 seeking to conduct enquiry and take action against the second respondent for illegally alienating the wakf property at S.No.1284/1, Thiruvallikeni Village, Block No.27, Old Door No.219, New No.104, Peters Road, Royapettah, Chennai - 14 belonging to the Mahdi Hussain Khan Ashoorkhana Endowment, Royapettah, Chennai, on merits and in accordance with law.
