The Division Bench of the Kerala High Court referred to four major forms of dissolution of marriage as recognized under the Islamic ______________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No 14 of 20 Law and protected under the Muslim Personal Law (Shariat) Application Act, 1937 at the instances of the wife namely, (i) Talaq-e-tafwiz, (ii) Khula, (iii) Mubara'at, and (iv) Faskh.
