UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
1. The petitioner filed Special Leave Petition (Civil) (Diary) No.7420/2022.
2. The Registry noticed some defects which the petitioner was required to remove within eight weeks in terms of order dated 03112022 passed by this Court.
3. As per the Office Report, the petitioner failed to cure the defects due to which the Special Leave Petition was treated as dismissed. Thereafter, learned counsel for the petitioner has refiled the petition on 10012023 after curing the defects along with Interlocutory Application No.20306/2023 for restoration of the main Special Leave Petition.
