Draft charges attached to the petition and allegations were denied by the first respondent. After considering the pleadings of the first respondent, we are of the opinion that there is prima facie case and charge sheet has to be issued. As agreed in the open court, a copy of the charge sheet along with Malayalam translation will be given by the court to the advocate for the first respondent within two weeks from today.
