“7.It is further submitted that around 4576 candidates were rejected by the TNUSRB for not uploading the required necessary certificates. Out of http://www.judis.nic.in 4576 candidates 4169 candidates did not secure the required cut-off marks in their respective community and hence they are ineligible for the next stage of selection process and the remaining 407 candidates have secured the required cut-off marks for the physical test.
8.It is further submitted that TNUSRB has now resolved to give one more opportunity to the 407 eligible candidates to appear for the physical test subject to production of required necessary certificates which they had failed to upload in their online application.

Accordingly, the TNUSRB has informed the 407 eligible candidates through registered email id and registered mobile number to produce the necessary certificate to TNSURB on or before 25.10.2019, failing which, their candidatures will not be considered for further process of selection.

9.It is submitted that TNUSRB has also resolved to publish marks of the 4169 candidates on the TNUSRB web site who did not secure the required cut off marks http://www.judis.nic.in and also published their result. It is further submitted that the aforesaid 6 writ petitioners have secured the required cut-off marks and hence, they will be allowed to appear for the physical test subject to the production of necessary required certificates within the stipulated time period”.
