However, the bail applicant may also, if no valid incriminatory evidence becomes collected against him through the investigating officer concerned, lawfully marshaling incriminatory evidence (supra), thereupon, re-motion this Court, and, also he may upon his making an effort to prima- facie exhibit his innocence through his placing on record the above referred records, rather subsequently make a re-motion.
