PRAYING TO APPOINT AN AUDITOR TO AUDIT THE ACCOUNTS OF THE
OFFICIAL LIQUIDATOR FOR THE HALF YEAR ENDING 30.09.2017 AND
FIX HIS REMUNERATION AND DISPENSING WITH THE REQUIREMENT
OF SECTION 462(5) OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 1956; AND ETC.

THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER
The learned counsel for the Official Liquidator has filed Audit Report under the provisions of Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 11(b) and 298 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959. After careful perusal of the Audit Report, the same is accepted.
2. The learned Official Liquidator is permitted to pay the fee, at the appropriate rate in accordance with the range fixed i.e. minimum at Rs.500/- and the maximum at Rs.6,000/-. The Auditor shall be paid accordingly.
3. The requirement as contemplated under Section 462(5) of the Companies Act, 1956 is dispensed with.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
