 “That the Bill further to amend the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the Recovery of Debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993, the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, and the Depositories Act, 1996, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as reported by the Joint Committee, be taken into consideration.”     KUMARI SUSHMITA DEV (SILCHAR): Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the hon. Finance Minister had introduced this Bill - The  Enforcement of Security Interest and Recovery of Debts Laws and Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Bill, 2016 – in the Lok Sabha on 11th May. This Bill seeks to amend four Acts which the hon. Minister has just stated. I would not like to repeat it.
