No. 92/2 of Velivarru Village, Undi Mandal, West Godavari district, under Rule 3 of Andhra Pradesh assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Rules 2007, as illegal, arbitrary unjust and without Jurisdiction, IA NO: 1 OF 2020 : Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in W.P., the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of dispossession of the petitioner from an extent of Ac. 0.96 cents in Sy. No. 92/2 of Velivarru Village, Undi Mandal, West Godavari District in pursuance of proceedings Roc. 895/2019/DT dated 28-12-2019 issued by the 4" respondent, under Rule 3 of Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Rules, 2007, Pending disposal of WP 864 of 2020, on the file of the High Court. The petitioner coming on for hearing, upon perusing the grounds and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the Orders of the High Court, dated 13.01.2020, 28.01.2020 & 20.02.2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of of Sri M R S Srinivas, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of GP for Assignment of the Respondents, the Court made the following ORDER:
