Further, from the exam held on 14.10.2018, one question was deleted and 15 questions were deleted from the exam held on 28.10.2018. In the exam held on 13.10.2018, another question, that is, Question No. 73 was also deleted.

4. Thereafter, a process of normalisation of the marks was undertaken by giving pro-rata marks to all the candidates. The result was declared and thereafter more than 3700 candidates were appointed in the year 2019 itself.

5. Various OAs were filed before the Central Administrative Tribunal challenging the decision of the Board to delete the questions and normalisation of the marks.

6. These OAs were allowed by the learned Tribunal.

7. By order dated 16.01.2020, this Court directed the Selection Board to examine the effect of decision of the learned Tribunal with respect to 170 candidates who filed the various OAs before the learned Tribunal.
