That Contract No. KEC/OCI/5/1112 dated 11.01.2012 was entered into between respondent no.1 herein and the petitioner for supply of Indian Rapeseed Meal with the specification prescribed thereunder and with other conditions. Mr. Thakore also referred to the noteworthy terms of the said contract which are as under :
