Ritu Bahri, J. (oral) Petitioners were working as Data Processing Assistants on contract basis. Their services were extended from time to time. However, in the month of February, 2018, their services were terminated by the respondents. Now, the petitioners are seeking that they should be again adjusted by the respondents on the basis of existing workload.

No detail of the workload has been given in the petitioner. Moreover, it is not the case of petitioners that after relieving them in the month of February, 2018, the respondents have appointed another set of contractual employee. Hence, at this stage, no direction, as sought for, can be issued to the respondents.
