(Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar, J) Petitioner, who had contested in elections, lost and apprehended that there could be an error in the electronic voting system, is stated to have sent a representation, dated 10/7/2018, to the Hon'ble President of India, The Chief Justice of India and the respondents 1 to 3, requesting them to permit him, to test the working of Electronic Voting Machine, for a continuous period of seven days, with the aid of experts/technically skilled people in this field, under the supervision of a retired Hon'ble Supreme Court Judge or High Court Judge.

Responding to the above, Mr.Mansoor Ali Khan, Party-in-Person submitted that when there are irregularities committed, the only course open to the public is to approach the Court of Law for Justice. Since there is no other forum, the petitioner, as a pro bono litigant, has approached this Court, for the relief, stated supra.

6. Party-in-Person has also referred some utterances made in Uttar Pradesh, which were not inclined to take note of. He is not able to show any constitutional or statutory right, for seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents, to permit him, to test the electronic voting machine, for a continuous period of seven days, with the aid of experts/technically skilled people in this field, under the supervision of a retired Hon'ble Supreme Court or Hon'ble High Court Judge.
