1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits in order to full and finally settle all the claims of the respondent the petitioner has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.85.00 lacs in two tranches viz. Rs.42.50 lacs shall be paid on or before 01.11.2022 and the balance amount of Rs.42.50 on or before 31.12.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.
