11. In Union of India v. Prafulla Kumar Samal and another 1979 S.C.C. Crl. 609. Their Lordships have held:-
"Where the materials placed before the Court disclose grave suspicion against the accused which has not been properly explained the Court will be fully justified in framing a charge and proceeding with the trial."
12. In L.K.Advani v. Central Bureau of Investigation 1997 CR1 L.J. 2559, the Delhi High Court held-
"It is manifest from above that the charges can be framed against an accused person only in those discerning few cases where the Court comes to the conclusion that the prosecution has shown a prima facie case against the accused and there is evidence before the Court which is capable of being converted into legal evidence later on during the subsequent proceedings after the framing of the charges."
