1. This is an application under Section 63 of Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking exemption from filing the hash value certificate.
2. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed.
3. The plaintiff shall file the hash value certificate within four weeks.
