1. On 21st September, 2021, the time to complete the cross- examination of PW-2 was extended by a period of one month from the Ganesh Lokhande 1/2 21-COMIP-10-2007.doc said date. The matter was therefore directed to be placed on board today under the caption "direction".
2. Today, when the matter is called out, I am informed that the cross-examination of PW-2 is not yet complete and the parties want further time to complete the cross-examination.
3. In these circumstances, with the consent of the parties, the time to complete the cross-examination of PW-2 is extended by a period of two months from today.
4. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted for completing the cross-examination of PW-2.
5. Place the matter on board for direction on 22nd December, 2021.
6. All parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order digitally signed by the Personal Assistant /Private Secretary/Associate of this Court.
