04. The petitioner came up with second successive writ petition WP(C) No. 1719/2022 on 16.08.2022, wherein he has claimed the following reliefs:-

1. It is my humble prayer/request that kindly permanent my service and set aside the words temporary service from illegal termination dated 18 August, 2000. The termination order attached as Ann A-IV.
2. Hon'ble High Court it is my 2nd humble prayer that please judge whether this is criminal harassment or paranoid schizophrenia/paranoid schizophrenia with borderline personality traits/bizarre/ litigiousness diffusions/poor touch with reality c/w as shown by medical certificate by both hospital and given the appropriate judgment please.
2. My humble prayer/request that ordered to Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital to certified there own wording like Paranoid Schizophrenia in open Hon'ble High Court for complete justice please which was the cause of my illegal termination as well as my life converted heaven to hell and now I live alone.
3. My humble prayer/request that ordered to Safdarjung Hospital to certified their own wording like Paranoid Schizophrenia with borderline personality traits, bizarre/ litigiousness/poor touch with reality etc etc in open Hon'ble High Court for complete justice please.
