                      PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution

                      of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call

                      for the records relating to the impugned Notification issued in

                      Advertisement No.7/2014 dated 13.10.2014 and the consequential

                      website publication dated 23.02.2015 on the file of the second

                      respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to

                      direct the respondents to consider the petitioners for appointment

                      to the post of Computer Instructors with the seniority from the date

                      of acquisition of the basic qualification i.e., B.Ed., degree within the

                      time period stipulated by this Court.

                                                    ORDER

The recruitment notification No.7 of 2014 dated 13.10.2014 and the consequential website publication dated 23.02.2015 are sought to be quashed in the present writ petition. Further direction is sought for to appoint the writ petitioner to the post of Computer Instructor along with his seniority. http://www.judis.nic.in 3

2.The recruitment notification issued on 13.10.2014 was proceeded with by the Competent authorities and the process of selection was concluded and consequentially the selected candidates were appointed to the post of Computer Instructor. Thus, quashing of the recruitment notification at this length of time cannot be done by this Court. However, if any illegal appointments are identified by the writ petitioner, he is at liberty to challenge such appointments made in violation of the service Rules or the recruitment conditions notified. In view of the fact that the recruitment process was completed and the selected candidates were appointed, the writ petitioner is at liberty to redress the grievance, if any, exist as of now.

3.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
