Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of interim regular bail to the petitioner so as to attend the marriage of his real sister from 5.11.2020 to 15.11.2020.

In any case prayer in the instant petition is for grant of interim regular bail to the petitioner. Marriage of the sister of the petitioner is admittedly slated for 8/9.11.2020. Petitioner is stated to be the only brother of his sister. Village of the petitioner where the marriage is to be solemnised is stated to be at a distance of more than 50 Kilometers away from the 2 of 3 CRM-M-35926-2020(O&M) -3- village of the complainant side.
In view of the above this Court is inclined to accept the prayer for grant of interim regular bail to the petitioner. Prayer in the petition is for grant of interim regular bail for a period of 10 days. However, the same is not found to be feasible.
Petitioner is allowed benefit of interim regular bail for a period of two days i.e. 8th and 9th November, 2020 subject to imposition of stringent conditions by the trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned. Liberty is granted to furnish bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate on 6th /7th November, 2020 itself.
