1. Heard Shri Arsh Bugga, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.0541 of 2023, under Section 498A, 304B IPC & Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Gola, District Lakhimpur Kheri.
3. In terms of the FIR it was alleged that the sister of the informant was married to the son of the applicant on 30.04.2021 and sufficient dowry was also given, however, on 16.09.2023 the entire matrimonial family had hanged her to death. The postmortem report on record demonstrates that the cause of death could not be ascertained, hence, viscera was preserved. No injury marks was found on the body of the deceased. In the subsequent FSL report, Zinc Phosphide was found in the viscera.
