No.II3047 of 2015 registered with the Amirgadh Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections279 of the IPC; Sections177 and 184 of the M.V. Act.; Sections5, 6, 6(a), 8, 9 and 10 of the Bombay Animal Preservation Act, 1954 and Sections11(1), A, D, E, H, I of the Prevention of Cruelty to the Animals Act, 1960.
