Shakti Singh (ABVP) In spite they being identified no action has been taken by the Municipal Corporation under the Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 2007 or by the Police Authorities under any statutory provision. Before directing to take action against those 15 persons, who are responsible for the act, we deem it appropriate to issue notice to all the 15 persons through Dean of Students Welfare Committee, Delhi University asking them to show cause as to why action be not taken against them under the statutory provision for acts of commission and omission as are indicated in the status report filed by the petitioners.

That apart, notice be also issued to the following respondents asking them to show cause as to why action be not initiated against them for non- compliance with the directions issued to them on 16 th July, 2018 with regard to the observations made in the directions contained in Para 12 of the said order through the Dean of the Delhi University and also through the counsel representing them:
