3. Provide me a copy of the chart of train no 18181 for 05/06/2017 between Aansol and Begusarai which was checked by the concerned TTE during that journey. The chart will make it clear whether I performed the said journey or not.

4. I had categorically denied that I performed journey in Train no. 13131 with PNR 6102165821 on 04.06.2017 as the ticket was in RAC status even after charting. But ECR has denied me refund of ticket amount saying passenger had traveled as per chart and was allotted a different seat by the TTE. Provide me a copy of that particular chart.

The appellant stated that the railway authority has denied his TDR on the premise that he had completed his journey by train no. 13131 with PNR 6102165821 on 04.06.2017 whereas he had traveled in train no. 18181 on 05/06/2017 with PNR NO. 6702254923. In view of this, he requested the Commission to direct the respondent to provide him a copy of reservation charts of the train nos. 18181 and 13131 for the journey(s) undertaken on the aforesaid dates including clarification in respect of the passenger who travelled on his RAC ticket.
