JUDGMENT
The petitioner has applied for a regular permit as per Ext.P1 which is pending consideration of the 1st respondent. In the meanwhile, the petitioner applied for a temporary permit in the very same route as per Ext.P2. Ext.P2 is seen to have been filed on 3.2.2014. The only prayer of the petitioner is that the same may be considered in the context of the festival season and the need for a service in the said route. In the said circumstances, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P2 within a time frame, at any rate, within two weeks from today. It is also directed that the 1st respondent shall expedite the proceedings in Ext.P1.
Writ petition is disposed of.
