praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct Respondents to install three
Digital X-ray machines in Madurai Government Rajaji Hospital and cochlear
implant surgery machine in ENT Department in Madurai Government Rajaji  
Hospital and direct the respondents to fill the existing vacancy of Two
radiographers, Radiologist, six dark room assistants and Four X-ray Attenders
in X-ray Department and Trained Auditory Habilitation expert in ENT
Department in Madurai Government Rajaji Hospital within the time stipulated
by this Court.
