Directorate of Economic Offences, who is looking after the Pincon Group of Companies, is requested to file a detailed report regarding the assets in question of the Pincon Group of Companies. It is, however, made clear that the assets of each company have to be filed separately by the Directorate of Economic Offences in the report.
Directorate of Economic Offences is also requested to peruse the accounts of the above companies to ascertain the number of depositors and the amounts which have been deposited by this group of companies along with the above report.
Let this matter again appear in the list on 29 th January, 2026 along with other matters of Pincon Group of Companies.
