1. Ms. Monica Arora, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Union of India submits that certain directions were issued to the National Medical Commission by decision dated 03.01.2022 and as per her instructions the National Medical Commission has agreed to abide by the same.
2. Mr. Singhdev, learned counsel appearing for National Medical Commission prays for time to place on record the decision of the National Medical Commission, vis-a-vis, the regulation under challenge in these proceedings.
3. National Medical Council shall file an affidavit indicating its stand in terms of the directions issued by the Central Government by its decision dated 03.01.2022 as also the stand qua the regulation under challenge.
