In course of hearing, when it was put to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as to how the entire land of the Plot in question has been shown in the order passed under Section 18 of the Act when according to the claim of the petitioner only part of those plots have been acquired, Mr. Singh, learned Senior counsel submits that he needs to procure documents in this regard to establish his case that the State has never acquired the entire land of the plot in question and, therefore, the case be listed after two weeks.
