1. This is an application filed under section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking direction to the judgment-debtor to deposit the entire decretal amount.
2. For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice.
3. Ms. Bhatia, learned counsel for the judgment debtor accepts notice and shall file a reply within 2 weeks from today.
4. In case the affidavit as detailed in the order dated 12.03.2025 is not filed within 2 weeks from today, this Court will be constrained to attach the properties of the judgment-debtor.
5. List for hearing on 16.07.2025.
6. The date already fixed i.e. 22.09.2025 stands cancelled.
