On verification of the answer scripts, in view of the discrepancies found in the valuation by one examiner and it appears that the directions issued in Dr. P. Kishore Kumar and others vs. State of A.P. and others,1 are not strictly followed, in the prima facie opinion of this Court, it is appropriate to direct the 2nd Respondent to get the answer scripts of the petitioner to evaluate once again digitally by identifying one fresh examiner.

Accordingly, the 2nd Respondent is directed to get the answer scripts of the petitioner for the subjects i.e., Community Medicine, Clin-Cardio-Respiratory Disorders, Physio Cardio Respiratory conditions and Research Methodology and Bio-Statistics, to evaluate once again digitally by identifying one fresh examiner. The corrected answer scripts must be preserved for future relief.
