1. It is a case challenging the constitutional validity of Section 4(2)(क) of the Jharkhand Posts and Services Reservation in Vacancies (Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) Act, 2001 as amended vide the Jharkhand Posts and Services Reservation in Vacancies (Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) (Amendment) Act, 2019.
2. Heard the counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, Jharkhand Public Service Commission as also Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission have sought for two weeks' time to seek instruction and file affidavit giving para-wise reply to the averments made in the writ petition.
