This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking the following reliefs:

1. To declare that Chapter III Rule 8 sub rule
(i) of Kerala Educational Rules are not applicable to the Kadathanad Rajas Higher Secondary School Purameri, Vadakara.
2. Issue a writ of certiorari quashing Ext.P6, as the same is illegal and arbitrary.
3. To pass any other order which may found just and necessary in the circumstance of the case.
