1. The Petitioners are a Joint-Venture Consortium bidding for both the subject tenders. The respondents are the Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd. (DFCC) a Central Government PSU, and the Ministry of Railways. The Petitioners are aggrieved by the rejection of their bid, as not fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
