                                                           ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 16.12.2020 in W.P.No.18122 of 2020.

2.It is reported that the interim order passed by this Court on 16.12.2020 was complied with and 50% of the total dues was paid to the petitioner. An affidavit has also been filed before this Court. Insofar as the balance amount is concerned, the same will be gone into in the main writ petition and the respondent is directed to file a counter affidavit. A copy of the affidavit filed by the respondent shall also be served on the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed and the Registry is directed to post the main writ petition on 08.11.2021. Consequently, connected sub application petition is closed.
