This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to implement the order of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in G.O.Ms.No.169/F3/2019-20 dated 29.08.2019 and also the decision of the 34th Governing Body meeting of PIPMATE, held on 16.09.2019 in so far as Item No.IV-1 for the extension of revised pay scales recommended by the 7th Central Pay https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Commission to the employees of PIPMATE, with effect from 01.01.2016 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
