2. Brief facts of the case are that the father of the applicant late Shri Gajanan Lakaduji Pounikar, who was working as Peon in the Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional Office, Nagpur, expired on 30.09.2019 in harness. 2.1 It is the case of the applicant that the income from movable and immovable properties of the family were evaluated at more than Rs. 20 Lakhs. Hence, as per evaluation process adopted, the applicant was awarded zero point on a scale of 0 to 20. The applicant claims that evaluation was made without carrying out any independent verification by the authorities. 2.2 It has been submitted that the immovable property claimed is located in Bahadura Gram Panchayat Nagpur (Rural). The deceased employee late Shri G.L. Paunikar, father of the applicant was not the owner of the property by virtue of any legal conveyance deed.
