4. This is an application of stay of the proceedings in FIR No. 281/2016 dated 12.03.2016 under Section 354/333/341 and 34 IPC.

5. It is stated that the matter is listed for further arguments before the Ld. Trial Court on 01.12.2020, and whereas the parties have settled their disputes and have filed quashing petitions before this Court. Thus if the arguments are heard and the judgement is pronounced, it shall cause prejudice to the parties herein. The Ld. Counsel for the Respondent is also present.
