28 Section 5(7) defines the expression ‗financial creditors‘ while Section 5(8) defines the expression ‗financial debt‘. The expression ‗operational creditor‘ is defined in Section 5(20), while the expression ‗operational debt‘ is defined in Section 5(21). Now, insofar as the operational creditors are concerned, there are specific PART F requirements which have been spelt out in sub-Section (2)(b) of Section 30.
