Pesticides & Brewers Ltd. & Ors.), each of the first, second, sixth, seventh, ninth, tenth and fourteenth defendants is permitted to file his/their written statement by 16th March, 2015 peremptorily upon payment of costs assessed at 1500 Gms. compositely by the first, second, ninth and tenth defendants, 600Gms. by the sixth defendant and 900Gms. by seventh and fourteenth defendants compositely to the advocate-on-record for the plaintiff.
