Apart from the consideration mentioned above there are also other considerations put forward, with his usual vehemence, by Mr. R. K. Garg who relies upon the directive principles of the State Policy as part of the basic structure of our Constitution. At any rate, he submits that in judging the reasonableness of a provision the directive principles of State policy can be used, as this Court has repeatedly done, as criteria of reasonableness, and, therefore, of validity. Mi. Garg bad relied strongly upon the provisions of Article 43 of the Constitution which says :
