defendants no.1 to 5 did not pay any heed and the construction work was going on in full swing.  On 8 September 2000 for the plaintiff lodged a complaint with the defendant no. 6  and SHO, P.S. Chandni Chowk, Delhi but still the time of filing of the present suit no action had been taken by the concerned authorities. Due to the alleged aforesaid illegal activities, the plaintiff is having apprehension that the entire building on the said property including suit property of the plaintiff might collapse at any time and it could lead to the heavy loss of life and property because of cracks developed in the pillars and other walls of the building. The plaintiff has stated in the plaint that there had been instances in the same locality when due to the illegal and unauthorized construction many properties had collapsed. It is further stated by the plaintiff that the defendants no.1 to 5 are adamant in the illegal designs, hence, the plaintiff has no other efficacious   remedy   except   to   file   the   present   suit.   In   these   facts   and circumstances the plaintiff has filed the present suit for the following reliefs;
