The present writ petition seeking to forbear the respondents from interfering with the day to day practice of Acupuncture system of treatment run by the petitioner without following due process of law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner joined the Diploma Course in Acupuncture Therapy and completed the same during the year 2015–2016. Thereafter, during the year 2019–2020, he joined the Master Diploma Course in Acupuncture and completed the same. Further, he completed the Diploma Course in Naturopathy during the year 2020–2021. All the said courses have been certified by the Central Bharat Sevak Samaj, New Delhi.

According to the petitioner, these qualifications recognize him as fully competent to conduct acupuncture practice and training in accordance with the standards of Allied Health Professions. In such circumstances, it is alleged that the respondents are attempting to interfere with his activities and are threatening him to stop the practice of acupuncture.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 3 to 5 would submit that the respondents have not made any attempt to interfere with or stop the petitioner’s practice.

4. In view of the above, considering that the petitioner possesses the requisite Diploma and Master Diploma qualifications, the respondents are directed not to interfere with the lawful practice of acupuncture by the petitioner.
