Before making the present approach, the petitioner apparently has not taken any action to seek execution of the order of ejectment passed long time ago. There may also be an issue of delayed execution.

Let the petitioner approach the Deputy Commissioner of the District concerned with a representation seeking execution of the order of ejectment, who shall look into the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
