On completion of investigation, the appellant came to be charge-sheeted.

2.3 On committal, the learned Trial Court framed the Charge against the appellant vide Exh. 06 for the offence punishable under Section 376(2)(j)(l) of IPC. The appellant pleaded not-guilty and came to be tried.
