This writ petition has been filed, to direct the respondent to grant permission to conduct cultural program (Dance and Music Program) to be held on 15.04.2022 from 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm in connection with the Temple Festival of Sri Muthumariyamman Temple situated at No.1164, Pillaiyar Kovil Street, Kelur Deppananthal Annapettai, Santhaimedu, Kaivasal Vattam, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 25.03.2022.

4. The respondent police is directed to grant permission for conducting the Cultural Program (Dance and Music Program) on 15.04.2022 at 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm, by enclosing the following conditions:-

(a) The Aadal Paadal programme in connection with festival or any cultural programme, SHO should specify the time and the same shall not be later than 10.00 p.m.
