MR. SPEAKER : Shri Mulayam Singhji, when you are raising the matter, they are listening. But when they are going to give reply, you are not listening. What is this system? I do not understand it. This is too much.

श्री मुलायम सिंह यादव : अध्यक्ष महोदय, हम पर नाराज न हों, नाराज उन पर हों जो शोर मचाते हैं। हम राय दे रहे हैं कि विद्यार्थियों के साथ यह परम्परा कभी नहीं रही है। हम लोग भी सरकार में रहे हैं, विद्यार्थियों के केस हमेशा वापस लिए गए हैं। वहां बाहर के लोग आए थे। आपके सीनियर लीडर मल्होत्रा जी ने भी कहा है कि वे दोषी अपराधी थे, उनको पुलिस पकड़ने गई थी। वे भाग गए और अपने हथियार छोड़ गए।
