3. The aforesaid accused did not plead guilty to the charge and claimed trial. Though the prosecution had cited as many as 116 witnesses in the chargesheet, however, only 56 witnesses (as per Annexure A of this judgment) have been examined by Prosecution in support of the charges framed against the accused. The aforesaid witnesses have relied upon the documents mentioned against their names in Annexure A of this Judgment and were duly crossexamined by Ld. Counsel(s) for accused persons. Besides, documents as per AnnexureB to the judgment were admitted by accused persons in terms of Section 294 Cr.P.C vide statement dated 28.08.2020.
