7. Issue notice. Mr. Mohinder JS Rupal, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of Respondent No. 2. Counter affidavit be filed within a period of two weeks from today. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing.
8. In the opinion of the court, presence of National Medical Commission is necessary and it is impleaded as Respondent No. 4. Let an amended memo of parties be filed before the next date of hearing. Mr. T. Singhdev, counsel for NMC, appearing on behalf of National Medical Commission on request of this Court, accepts notice for NMC.
9. Issue notice to remaining Respondents, by all permissible modes, upon filing of process fee, returnable on the next date of hearing.
10. Mr. Rupal states that as per the scheme of said examination, no resignation can be accepted on completion of second round of counselling. Further, Mr. T. Singhdev, who has rendered assistance to the Court virtually, states that timelines for counselling and admission have been set by the Supreme Court. In the instant case, since Petitioner has already joined the program and submitted a surety bond for the seat in question, in case resignation is tendered, consequences would necessarily follow.
